1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 These Terms of Use (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you (personally or on behalf of an entity) and RAYANT Marine Co., Ltd. regarding access to and use of the IMPAMRO website (domain: impamro.com, including related mobile sites/apps, the “Site”) and our products, software and services (the “Services”). By accessing the Site you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Site immediately.

1.2 Site information is not intended for distribution to or use by any person in any jurisdiction where such distribution or use would be contrary to local law. Users who access the Site from other locations are responsible for compliance with local laws.

6. User Submissions

6.1 You are fully responsible for the quality, accuracy and lawfulness of information you provide and warrant that you have the right to post it and that it does not violate these Terms.

6.2 If attachments conflict with on-page data, the attachment prevails. We are not responsible for the accuracy of user-supplied data.

6.3 You will indemnify us, to the extent permitted by law, for losses arising from breach of the warranties in this section.

2.1 We strive to keep IMPA 8th-edition codes, Kerger codes, and related product information accurate and complete. Given the volume of marine stores items and frequent updates to coding systems, we do not warrant absolute accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
